Boone Convention & Visitors Bureau Mission Statement
The purpose of the Boone County Convention and Visitors Bureau is to promote and support tourism in Boone County with a focus on attracting more visitors to Boone County hotels and bed and breakfast facilities and seeking new events which will utilize our county facilities.

The Boone County Convention & Visitors Bureau (BooneCVB) awards grants to those organizations who sponsor events, festivals and annual attractions or who work to promote and grow tourism in Boone County. Information about the grant process and necessary paperwork to be completed can be found below. For the convenience of all grant applicants, the Board of the BooneCVB has greatly streamlined the grant application process.
There will be ONLY ONE grant applications review for the entire year. All applications for every interested event/festival held in 2017 will be presented to the BooneCVB Board for review at their March, 2017 meeting. Grant monies will be dispersed in April, 2017.
