The Boone County Convention & Visitors Bureau (Boone CVB) awards grants to those organizations who sponsor events, festivals and annual attractions or who work to promote and grow tourism in Boone County. Information about the grant process and necessary paperwork to be completed can be found below. For the convenience of all grant applicants, the Board of the Boone CVB has greatly streamlined the grant application process.

There is only one grant applications review for the entire year. All applications for every interested event/festival held in 2020 must be presented to the Boone CVB Board for review at their February, 2020 meeting. Grant monies will be dispersed in March, 2020.

All applications will be due to the Boone CVB office by January 31, 2020. This includes separate applications for those organizations holding more than one event in the upcoming calendar year.
